Educational and community organization; created by Works Progress Administration funding in 1937 as Spokane Art Center; later restructured to become Inland Empire Art Association. Charter, minutes, financial reports, press releases, biographical information concerning artists whose work was exhibited, copies of association newsletter entitled Art Horizons, bulletins, exhibition brochures, clippings, and photos, relating to various activities of the organization, including lectures sponsored, traveling exhibitions, and arts and crafts classes.
